🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound leads (text, phone, web form) and quickly qualify opportunities
- Book repair, tune-up, or replacement estimate appointments in ServiceTitan.
- Coordinate with our technicians and Comfort Advisors
- Close sales directly (optional, with additional commission)
- Follow up with unclosed leads and re-engage old customers
💰 How You’ll Get Paid:
base pay: $15/hour (20 hours per week)
$10 spiff for each 10+ old unit identified plus $5 per booked appointment.
$10 if a sale is closed.
